It's a Different World
Redwater's Town Elder
Elder Higgins was a widower in his late 60s. He lives with his daughter and son-in-law who take care of him. He feels a great responsibility to care for the people in Redwater.
Roger Higgins woke up the morning after the change in the body of a 10 year old halfling boy. Unfortunately, his mind only remembers the last 10 years of his life as well, which means that almost all the memories he had of his wife are gone. He is desperate to get them back.
He has also noticed that in the day immediately following the change, no one gave his words the respect they would have the day before. He was very ineffective at pulling the town out of the first day’s chaos. He feels that as a halfling child he isn’t nearly as able to help steer the village.
